We're a bit more open-minded about experience than the ad suggests (if you
don't have commercial experience but can demonstrate non-commercial
experience or a good working knowledge your application will be considered).

Salaries are around industry norms -  not specified in the advert since
we're interested in hearing from people with a range of backgrounds.
