I've had a look at the mail headers of this email.

Your message is being sent in mime html format.  There should be an option in 
outlook distress to send mail in the standard plain text format.

html mail is treated as spam as it is used by spammers to tell if an account 
is real by including a reference to an image on an external server.  html 
mail is not an approved standard for email, and also makes mail much bigger 
without any benefits.  That is a real issue for people using mail to mobile 
'phone gateways.

One day it is hoped that the mailman list manager will automatically filter 
html mail to plain text, but the powers that be don't have time to do this 
yet.
