RedHat haven't sent me a copy for more than a year and I've also had a=20
few beers, so I dare say I'm out to lunch here, that said, we need to=20
know where you have got to, so send us the ppp.output file created by=20
the following command (highlight it, open a term and click middle mouse=20
button), you may need to change it to point to the right info;

ls -la  /etc/ppp/* | cat >> ~/ppp.output && ls -la /etc/ppp/peers/*  |=20
cat >> ~/ppp.output && ls -la /etc/ppp/peers/isdn/* |cat >>=20
~/ppp.output && ls -la /dev/ppp | cat >> ~/ppp.output

Also let us know which groups your user is a member of (ie dialout,=20
modem etc).
