Yeah its possible. Everyone would have to run a routing protocol like
OSPF, and clients with a broadband connection would advertise a default
route. Also probably have to use something like equal cost multipath
routing to balance load over the default routes. I don=92t think it =
would
be possible to load balance on a per packet basis, so if you are
downloading something your speed will be limited to the speed of the
broadband link your TCP session was initiated through.
There is a wealth of possibilities though, especially if people are able
to run a Linux box to connect to the wireless network.
