Hi I have just installed a new kernel rpm package in redhat 8.0 It worked last time so I thought it would be ok this time. I was wrong. When I reboot my machine I get as far as the word "grub" and that is it. I guess there is something wrong with the new grub config file. Am I on the right tracks? I have managed to boot the machine with a boot floppy. James
