The last dealings I had with Siemens staff in Germany was they spoke 
very good english, however that was over 2 years ago, so the situation 
may have changed by now :(  Didn't stop them shipping a server to an 
english site with Windows 2000 Server in German and with an AZERTY 
keyboard...
