[Sderby] Linux on laptops

Hi all me again, with Linux pre installed on a laptop will they come with all the drivers for the laptop ?
And if i need to reinstalled will the drivers be installed with the OS or will i have to build, install them myself.

As ive only played with Linux never tried to compile/build things for Linux is a laptop the way to go ?
