I am not sure I understand the question. I thought the purpose of the WEP key 
was to prevent access to the network? In that case you would not want to have 
it dished out by the DHCP server.

I run a WiFi access point and a DHCP server (on a separate machine).

The WEP key is entered in the config details of the 802.11g network card and 
is a static parameter. Once the wifi card has been authenticaed with the 
access point, it will permits a connection. This should automatically trigger 
a dhcd address request, if that is how the wifi card is configured.
