[Sderby] amr codecs for Ubuntu

Hi, When I try to play videos downloaded from my phone on my computer, there's no sound. I need amr codecs to enable this. How can I enable them on Hardy? Would the gstreamer plugin series have these?

Many of use haven't met before so I will do my best to get a much reduced deposit that I can pay for you. The final date will be the 20th November as I will make the final booking on the 21st.
