[Staffs] Administrivia: Staffs list ownership

Who runs the Staffs list?

The list owner is "ozzy@cowmob.nu" but this apparently goes to
the wrong person.

There's been very little traffic and there's no website, so unless
someone steps forward to take things over, I propose that we remove 
staffs from lug.org.uk.
