Online you may want to check out:

http://www.cyberdiem.com/vin/learn.html

Otherwise you probably need to get a decent text book. I found my old Uni
text book the best place to start:

C++ Problem Solving and Programming
Kenneth A. Barclay, Brian Gordon
Paperback: 592 pages (1 April, 1994)
Publisher: Prentice Hall; ISBN: 013126673X

Once you've worked through that something like the following will serve you
for the rest of your needs:

The C++ Programming Language, Special Edition
Bjarne Stroustrup
Hardcover: 1040 pages (11 February, 2000)
Publisher: Addison Wesley; ISBN: 0201700735 Rev. Ed
