[Sussex] Patents

Guys,

I was at the 'Against Patents' talk last night at the LSE.

Richard Stallman was on form.  He started the talk by saying:

'There is no such thing as Intellectual Property'

I think his views on Software Patents are noble, but impractical.

Anyone else have any knowledge in this field?
