Yup, that was slashdotted.  Note, it's only a prediction from an industry
analysis house - nothing has been said by Microsoft themselves.  

It's a fairly safe bet as well - if the usage stats carry on as they have
been then Microsoft will have to adapt, and this is one way they could go.
