They are using CrossOverOffice and CrossOver plugin.  These are enhanced
WINE projects that allow MS Office, IE etc to run natively in LINUX and IE
plugins to run in Mozilla, Konqueror etc.

Xandros build these into the main distro (so no setup is required)-
unfortunately this means you cannot distribute Xandros freely as
CrossOverOffice / Plugin are commercial projects.

Xandros is actually the continuation of the illfated Corel Linux project.
