Subject: [Sussex] *IMPORTANT* Christmas Dinner

Been trying to find somehwere to book the christmas dinner, tough call this
late on - everywhere is booked up to the hilt!

Anyway, on my initial list of restaurants this one is the only one who can
take us (it happens to be one of my favourites - which is a bonus). So
guys, how does this sound?

Momma Cherrie's Soul Food Shack

Tuesday 17th December - 8:00PM
£22.50 per head for the christmas menu (I'll post this up to the list as
soon as I have it).

There are a lot of options on the christmas menu (including some vegetarian
options) so everyone should be covered.

As far as access is concerned I am afraid that there is actually a single
flight of stairs to go down if we are seated downstairs (*duh*). If this
proves to be the case I'm sure we can help anyone as necessary.

I do need to know if this is alright for everyone ASAP because it seems
nearly everything in Brighton is booked already. We currently have this
pencilled in but I need to confirm before Friday.

I've eaten here before and I know this place is great and has a wonderful
atmosphere. It's a bit different for a christmas dinner (I personally think
that's a good thing). As far as I know it is the only truely authentic Soul
Food restaurant in the UK - if you would like to see a review you can find
one on the web site of the Times here:

Don't be put off if you're vegetarian - they have now added several
explicity vegetarian options.
