I hate being out of the office on business.  Here I am with limitted access
to my work mail (and none to my home) and all this traffic is going on :-(

Before we fix the location at the 3aIT office I have two points to make:

  1). The meeting room I saw last time their was a LUGMoot there wasn't
      that big!  How many people can the room hold?

  2). One of the requirements of showing the DVD is that it must be an
      open event.  There is no way we can predict the number of people that
      will turn up.  How big was that room again?  I know it won't be a
      problem with the food - however much we order there are a few 
      in the group that will eat everything going, but can we open the
      office up to the general public?

If someone from the 3aIT crowd can answer the size limit and office 
access I have some concerns about using the 3aIT office.  Given the
unknowns I think the King's Head is the better bet.

My vote: King's Head (unless 3aIT can cope) and not in the next few days
as I'm here in Holland and I really want to see that DVD.
