Another one for the Gentoo brigade.

RC3 should be with us this Thursday (27th February), following which you'll
all have one last chance to get in your bug reports before the big push for
1.4 final - as usual it should be possible to upgrade your system via
portage/emerge rather than doing a rebuild (instructions will appear shortly
after the ISO release).
