OK sounds good.  For anyone who is interested, I will probably be in Horsham
significantly earlier than that (assuming I manage to get some more work
done today - it's one of _those_ weeks).

I assume the bar is a public bar (????). Is food is available in the Kings
Head for those of us who will be half starved by then?
