Look; I'm English. Just the hint of a snow flake sends me into a blind
panic about the state of the roads.

Hence the e-mail call for weather reports.

There's the problem. My vehicular transportation device, hereafter
referred to the MR2 [pronounced M R two; not Mister To], is light with big,
fat, wheels. This is not the type of transport to used in current
weather conditions when the councils don't grit the roads.

Also I left Eastbourne this morning in cold and dry conditions. No problems
until I hit the approach to Bracknell. Then a 15 min drive turned into a
45 min drive; and judging by the comments of some (5min -> 45mins) I had it
luckily.

Is cold wet stuff that occasional falls from the big white floaty thing high
above turning to a completely fluid state? Have strange male persons come
along and added Sodium chloride? This allows the fluid cold wet stuff to
remain liquid below 273.15K.

Oh God; I'm screwed

Steve

P.S.

Geoff/Paul thanks for the simple weather reports, easy to read but not as
much fun as Nik's.

All

Still looking for signs of gritting.
