Well I took the server to the Office, and guess what ? the Network
Interface worked. So when I took the Box home and move the Xbox and the
Server to one side and fired them up all was ok. So im guessing Real bad
interference on the Network Cable!

which obeys my Second Rule of Support.
Its always the Simple things.
