[Sussex] Gentoo 1.4 release date [at last]

Chaps,

Origonally scheduled for the end of last year, Gentoo 1.4 will finally be 
"officially launched" at the LinuxWorld conference in San Francisco this 
August.  If you're already using Gentoo this will make almost no difference 
to you whatsoever (you're as up-to-date as your last emerge), but to those 
who have been scared off by complexity in the past Gentoo 1.4 shold make the 
whole installation process a little easier (and quicker!!).
