There should be an option in the VNC viewer to start 'listen mode' or 
something. (That box needs to be un-firewalled, or behind a portforwarded NAT 
connection). They should then be able to launch the server, and there should 
be something along the lines of 'Connect to server' in the context menu of 
the VNC icon in the system tray (assuming you're using doze).
