[Sussex] Anyone using Kphone with FWD as a SIP provider?

I have forwarded ports 5060 &5082 udp
should these be tcp
I Think Im connecting ok but it wont let me login.
I get a popup with

 "Digest  Authentication Request"
  SipUri = sip:36619 at fwd.pulver.com
  Server = fwd.pulver.com
  Username:
  dokterdave
  Password:

But it wont take the password
