Not to harp on about this, but IMHO a "fork" would be when a significant 
proportion of the developers on a project split off, not just one 
developer and <10 community members (of a community of hundreds of 
thousands).

I truely believe Zachary is using the word "fork" just to provoke news 
of this kind.  If he had quietly set up Zynot and started trying to 
promote it on his own would it have got anything like the publicity in 
the community it has today?

Just grinding my axe a little...
