I also have a dual boot setup on my PC.   I don't know what partitioning
tool you use (I use Partition Magic).  Try unhiding the Win98 partition if
it is hidden.  Also make sure that the windoze part is the Primary, as W98
wont boot otherwise (Linux however is happy even on a secondary partition!).
