Yeah, 

I saw that, it was a genuine mistake, but it shows just how keen the BSA are
to lean on people.

Of course, if the whole world was GPL'd we wouldn't even need the BSA!  That
said a lot of what the FSF do these days in ensure compliance to the GPL -
even within the GNU doctorine there is a need for authority and a
restriction of certain freedoms in order to protect the greater freedom of
the masses - RMS didn't want it that way but reality forced the issue.
