Could try this out and tell me if you have same problem.

Now I have to register some more Licences for SBS.  So off I go to
https://eopen.microsoft.com/ then I get to Sign on as the business dosn't
have an .NET Passport I have to Get one now. Now it goes all wrong all I
ever get is this error page.

Is also happing with you aswell?
