Personally I would like to see these tests performed by a group of people
who have never experienced Windows before and haven't had any bias with
one over the other.

Criticising one theme on one GUI with another theme on another GUI is
worse than pointless, as that would be tarring all the themes with the
same brush.

The fact that Windows comes out tops at the end and on most of the tests
leaves the feeling that the tests (or the person reviewing them) has been
tainted (or simply received a backhander) to make Windows seem better, the
same goes with OSX.
