The president of India added to a growing foreign-relations headache for 
Microsoft with a speech in which he advocated broader adoption of open-source 
software. 

And if you put that together with India (the city of New Deli) bidding for the 
commonwealth games ,which will be using lots of computers.
I see a good opertunity to prove Linux to the masses as a viable os.
