[Sussex] unusual traceroute behaviour

Can anyone throw any light on this?

Gentoo 1.4 traceroute gives me this on one of my servers that in
connection to the Internet via a router.  I have re-emerged traceroute but
still gives same result - instantly:-

traceroute to www.freeserve.com (195.92.249.130), 30 hops max, 40 byte
packets
 1  195.92.249.130 (195.92.249.130)  1.128 ms  1.105 ms  1.139 ms
