[Sussex] RMS subpoenaed

Just heard in reaction to IBM's lawyers asking SCO to comply with the
law and actually disclose their evidence prior to the beginning of the
SCO v IBM (as opposed to IBM v SCO) case, SCO have subpoenaed RMS...

... OK forgive me, but that isn't like the Roman Empire calling Boadicea
as a witness in their case against Hannibal?

One commenter on-line suggests that "RMS will make SCO's lawyers cry".

It all remains to be seen..
