There are USB to Ethernet adapters available. I'm not sure what you mean
by server unit. I don't think there is a USB device (except when connected
to a computer) that can convert an Ethernet connection to USB to printer
for instance to give a network printer.

I don't think the USB standard is designed to be intelligent enough to
work as a server, or people would be using Ethernet, USB and SCSI and
having their own SAN networks.
