[Sussex] ECOS Toolchain

Thanks for the info about the toolchain, particularly the visual debugger
which looks very useful.

The moot last night was good and everyone friendly - thanks. I look forward
to the next one.
Obiously though, I will have to go down to the local supermarket and buy
some Pringles so that I can start tinkering...
