I don't and have never run SuSE, so I don't know what kernel
version you are running.
Take a look at /proc/interrupts as this will list which devices
are using which interrupts. From there you might be able to
trace back the problem.
If you're coming along tomorrow night then bring the kit alone
and we can take a look.
