[Sussex] Lawyers invented SPAM

So..

It says on Slashdot that SPAM is a 10 year old phenomenon today (Happy
birthday SPAM).   More interestingly it says here..

... that SPAM was invented by lawyers!  As if their reputation wasn't
bad enough already.
