[Sussex] gentoo imlib - install probs

Hi Chaps,

Im just trying to install 'imlib-1.9.14-r1' on a clean new Gentoo box.
During the configure process it spits out this error and then bombs...  I
wondered if it was to do with 'giflib' but installing that made no
difference :/  Anyone any thoughts?
