[Sussex] Fair's idea's

Oh dont get me wrong I asked. But the sound of people rolling on the 
floor laughing was demoralizing. Heres the point, if we get a free table 
then by rights any other non competitve group can ask the same and soon 
enough you have a hall of non traders and the BCF cant pay for the hall. 
Also if we have an unallocated table and the whole hall is booked , 
where do we go .if we dont pay for a table and another trader does, then 
they have more say and rights on the hall then we do. Id like to think 
we could get a Trader to sponsor our location or make some space on 
their stand for us since this would be beneficial to them and us. 
Finally in setting a cost on the day we can define a value to the "being 
there" and this valu ecan translate into purpose and direction which 
makes the contribution on everyones part have "additional" significance
