Don't jump to soon.  It's true that there are several commissioners on M
$FT's payroll who are doing whatever they can - however Mario (the man
in the story) for instance has no direct power to do anything about the
findings - he is raising concerns but he cannot overrule or change
anything.

A more worrying piece of news is that the US government are supposedly
threatening retribution if it sees the judgement as "unfair".
