I've got the iPaq 5550, and it's uberkewl :)

Built in wifi, bluetooth, etc, etc... OK, it's Windows Mobile Powered, 
but it's not *that* bad for a simple device to keep you organised. Also, 
you can get the most excellent TomTom navigation software for it, and 
it's got a really sexy woman as a voice :)
