I'd strongly recommend moving to XHTML - I made the move a while back and
now wouldn't write anything else.

Looking at your HTML, there's relatively little that would need changing.

The bigger issue is the classic "using tables to provide layout information"
issue. This is, from a W3C / accessability perspective, bad practice.
However, from an "actually working on the browsers people have installed"
perspective, it's a good technique...

If you have some spare time, the CSS is worth a play. Have a look at
http://www.csszengarden.com/ to see the state of the art in site design for
aesthetics ...
