[Sussex] Windows XP SP2 firewall nightmare

I have found a problem with m$ firewall a port that should be closed if you
go to http://security.symantec.com  and run a security test you will find
that Internet mail access protocol version 4 IMAP4 port 143 is open but
everything else is closed when looking in the settings of the fire wall U
will find it is not ticked so should be closed off but when U run a security
check it is open. But be nice guy that I am, I have reported this bug to m$
