I upgraded to Firefox 1.0 (apt-get dist-upgrade [sarge]) and then
found that I could have done it in the first place by assocating
javaws with the download manager.  But as I'm a Geek and know that
MIME types editing is the thing to do (like in the old days of
Netscape) I went looking for that.  That's all hidden behind the
seans these days.
