[Sussex] A weird folder in Evolution!

Since my re-install of gentoo, I seem to have "grown" a weird folder in
evolution.

It's called 1100639799.1846.6pHtW:2,S and if I try to open it, nothing.
If I try to delete it, nothing (just a message that it's apparently not
empty - though it appears to be).

Not sure where it's come from. The "emerge" was straight forward with no
apparent errors?

What is it best to do with it/how do I get rid of it ?
