Shorthand names for things are useful for technical people; You can say
phishing and refer to a specific class of attack.

Also, not to be harsh, but is it really that hard to type "phishing" into
google and click on one of the top few links that all obviously lead to
places that will explain it and how to protect yourself? Better that than
dumb everything down to AOL level ;)
