No posts about PBXs ? Bugger! I was just about to send one :-P Honest!

Niks "10 tips in 10 Minutes" was excellent, though I thought that if he
made better use of notes, and spoke just a little bit faster, he might
of managed 12 tips in 10 minutes :-P
