yes, if she saves everything there. You may be able to point things like
My Documents there too with registry tweaking (I've only done such things
with win2k), although you should be aware that some things will have the
path hardcoded to C:

To be honest if she has a drive I'd leave things with just C: and
encourage her to regularly (say, monthly) burn a selection of directories,
such as My Documents, that will cover the full range of her data. You may
even be able to save this profile of directories as a "project" in
whatever software you use to burn, making the backup easier (and remember
to have it verify the burns!)
