Not really ground hog day.. just the same process going on.  The
important thing to realise is that the pro-software patent lobby isn't
going to give up and go away.  This will keep being pushed as long as
there are wealthy organisations that stand to gain something from it.
We have to make sure that we continue to pressure our MEP's to vote
against it.
