NTL and Telewest is also dont this with there STB.  No extra hardware, 
just normal digital STD they have installed for years.  From STB you 
pause/rewind/fast forward.  Homechoice is know to be very woried about 
this as NTL/Telewest can do this at next to no cost plus there isn't an 
distance issue as Homechoice has is it ADSL system.

PS at moment Telewest is have some problems with Web Servers.
