How about this:-
yum search php5
to get the name of the odbc package from the list of php5 packages
available. Let's say its php5-odbc
yum install php5-odbc
Don't know what the package will be called, but you'll get that from
the yum search.
What happens?

Do you need to check your yum sources? This looks to me like the url
for the updates-released repository is wrong.
