http://www.sun.co.uk (you know the score, but they sell Linux based AMD-64 workstations / servers and don't included the windows license in the price)
http://www.nextcomputing.com (much the same as sun laptops / servers)
http://www.tadpole.com (like nextcomputing but pricier and classier laptops)
http://www.cheeplinux.com (cheap and cheerful mini-itx).
